Prior to her role as Founder/President of TADA Hotel Consulting Firm, Danielle amassed over 20 years in leadership positions within the industry. Notably, she excelled as both a dynamic leader and a celebrated Regional Director of Sales, garnering accolades for her outstanding achievements. Danielle's leadership prowess is evident in her adept customization of the hotel sales process, aimed at maximizing profitability for her clients. She has skillfully managed sales leaders, propelling them towards surpassing annual objectives and nurturing overall growth and development. TADA Hotel Consulting Firm serves as a testament to Danielle's genuine passion for hospitality sales. Her vision is to deliver lucrative sales experiences for her clients remotely. Throughout her career, she has consistently driven results, boosted profits, and pioneered new revenue strategies for renowned brands such as IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Extended Stay America. Proficient in identifying business opportunities, setting strategic goals and executing tactical plans to achieve them, Lora excels in motivating teams to increase volume and foster profitable customer relationships. Her strengths lie in relationship building, collaboration, and project management. Beyond her professional pursuits, Lora is a mom to two adult children and “Nanie” to 3 adorable grandsons. In her leisure time, she relishes moments spent with family and indulges her passion for travel.

With a remarkable ability to mold and connect with individuals and adapt to various situations, William finds joy in every aspect of the hospitality industry. Renowned for proven track record, William specializes in developing new strategies, setting targets, and identifying prospects to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our hotels. His sales expertise spans across leading hotel brands such as Marriott, Best Western, Choice, IHG, Extended Stay America, CLC Lodging & G6 Hospitality. In his spare time, you may be able to catch William enjoying the outdoors or spending time with his family.

Meet Gayle, with 20 years of experience as a dynamic hospitality Sales & Marketing Director behind her, there isn't a challenge in the industry she hasn't taken. She is known for ability to foster and grow new business and develop strong lasting relationships with stakeholders. Gayle has a passion for identifying new opportunities; combined with vast revenue management skills, which has led her to a solid track record of successful hotels. Her experience ranges from independent mid-range hotels, branded convention properties and an extensive extended stay background. She has also excelled in new builds, brand conversions and renovations. In her free time you'd catch Gayle at a basketball tournament, reading the latest book and chasing her 4 dogs.

GEORGE CANTUGLOBAL SALES DIRECTORGeorge is an award winning Global Sales Director who has over 24 years experience as a trusted advisor to his clients. George has worked and supported multiple hotel brands all over Texas and the US and has developed client relationships that paved his path to success in the industry. George has worked with all market segmentations in the industry with some of the largest brands Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts, Choice Hotels, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Best Westerns as well as Independent properties. His goal is to positively impact each of our assets through higher profits and increased market share by being innovative and creative with each of his hotels. In his spare time, George loves to travel the world and experience new and different cultures as well as spending time with his family and friends.

Overseeing the development of our social media marketing plan, curating and publishing engaging content, fostering community engagement and evaluating the effectiveness of our social media platforms. Although Ella will be heading back to college in the fall. she will continue to contribute remotely with our team.

VIRGINIA PEREZEXECUTIVE ASSISTANTVirginia plays a pivotable role in our TADA management team, bringing with her exceptional organizational skills and unwavering reliability. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our offices daily operations, Virginia ensures smooth functionaity. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she possess extensive expertise in CRM programs such as STS and Delphi. Outside of work, Virginia finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends and cheering on her children as they participate in various activities.
