Known for her strategic leadership and hands-on approach, Tara optimizes performance, enhances guest experiences, and fosters high-energy teams. Tara has a wealth of knowledge with all major hotel brands, working with a diverse range of properties across different divisions, from luxury hotels, full service and select service to extended stay and economy. A dedicated Army wife and mother of a West Point cadet, Tara values discipline, leadership, and excellence. Her experiences have shaped her resilience and commitment to service. Outside of work, Tara has a passion for the arts, especially performing in mystery dinner theater productions, where she blends her love for storytelling and acting to craft immersive experiences.
