Inspired by all aspects of sales, Danielle brings a high level of hotel and brand knowledge to the hospitality industry. With an extensive amount of experience in hospitality sales, her experiences provide a well rounded background in the industry that will surely benefit your company needs. Prior to her role as Founder and CEO of TADA Hotel Consulting Firm, Danielle had been in leadership roles within her organizations for 25+years. She has a proven record as a successful leader as well as an award winning Regional Sales Director. Danielle has customized the hotel sales process to increase profitability while managing sales leaders in the achievement of their annual goals and overall growth and development. TADA Hotel Consulting Firm was designed based on Danielle's true passion for hospitality sales. Her goal is to create a profitable sales experience for her clients in a remote capacity. While consistently conceiving new ideas and striving to be better today than yesterday, she created a company that fulfills her vision and drive. When Danielle is not in the office, she spends time with family and volunteers with her daughter as a founding board member of the National Charity League, Woodlands/Tomball Chapter.

As a highly talented and accomplished sales professional, Lora has over 25 years of experience moving the needle, increasing profits, and developing new revenue strategies for brands such as IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Extended Stay America. Adept at understanding business opportunities, developing strategic goals, and implementing tactical plans to meet these goals. Lora enjoys motivating teams to grow volume in addition to building profitable customer relationships. She possesses strong relationship building skills, collaboration, and project management skills. Lora is a mom to two adult children and “Nanie” to 3 adorable grandsons. In her spare time, Lora enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

William Dulaney comes to TADA Hotel Consulting as a creative Sales Director & Leader with over 25+ years of hospitality sales experience. With his ability to mold and connect to anyone he meets; he enjoys all aspects of the hospitality industry. As our Business Development Manager, William establishes new strategies, targets, and prospects for the company while focusing on new growth opportunities and forming strategic partnerships with our owners and management companies. His sales excellence has been spread over many well known hotel brands such as Marriott, Best Western, Choice, IHG, Extended Stay America, CLC Lodging & G6 Hospitality. In his spare time, you may be able to catch William enjoying the outdoors or spending time with his family.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ global sales
Meet Rebecca Himel. Rebecca comes to TADA Hotel Consulting with over 20 years in the hospitality industry. With experience in sales management that ranges from small independent boutique properties to Marriott and Hilton convention hotels. Rebecca brings additional knowledge in opening and rebranding properties, she has also been involved in rebuilding clientele in markets that have been impacted by natural disasters. Rebecca is known for identifying additional opportunities for her properties by digging into the markets backyard and bringing solid results to her hotels. With a strong background in revenue management and sales, she has a proven track record of finding the best customer for her hotels. Rebecca currently resides in North Dallas with plans to relocate to central Texas to be closer to her son who is attending Texas A&M.
SOCIAL CONTENT MANaGER
Ella heads our social media department. Her duties include developing a social media marketing plan, creating and posting new content, connecting with the community, and analyzing the success and performance of our social media platforms. Ella will be leaving for college in the fall but will continue to work with us remotely.
Well organized and a dependable professional, Virginia is an essential part of our management team. Virginia is responsible for all aspects of the day to day function of running the office. Along with her administrative responsibilities, she is also well versed in CRM programs such as STS and Delphi. When she is not working, Virginia enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her children participate in various activities and cooking.
