CEO/FOUNDER

 With nearly 30 years of experience in hotel sales, Danielle brings an unwavering dedication and a vast reservoir of industry and brand expertise to the hospitality sector. Her deep-rooted knowledge and strategic insight make her uniquely equipped to meet the evolving needs of hotel ownership and management groups.
Before founding TADA Hotel Consulting Firm, Danielle spent over two decades in senior leadership roles, where she distinguished herself as a dynamic and award-winning Regional Sales Director. Her ability to lead high-performing teams, exceed revenue targets, and build lasting client relationships earned her recognition across top hospitality brands.
As the CEO of TADA, Danielle has channeled her passion into creating a company that redefines remote hotel sales support. She is known for customizing sales strategies that maximize profitability and drive measurable results. Under her guidance, TADA has empowered sales leaders to consistently surpass annual goals while cultivating sustainable growth.
TADA Hotel Consulting stands as a reflection of Danielle’s vision: to provide impactful, results-driven sales solutions for hotels, delivered remotely by seasoned professionals. Her commitment to innovation and excellence continues to shape the firm’s success and reputation across the industry.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Danielle is deeply committed to family and philanthropy. She proudly supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and serves as a founding board member of the National Charity League, Woodlands/Tomball Chapter, where she volunteers alongside her daughter. Her dedication to giving back reflects the same passion and purpose that drive her work in the hospitality industry.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPerations AND DEVELOPMENT

​With over 20 years in hospitality, Tara has a proven track record of driving topline revenue growth and leading successful hotel teams. She excels in creating dynamic environments that fuel team performance, owner satisfaction, guest loyalty and operational excellence. Known for her strategic leadership and hands-on approach, Tara optimizes performance, enhances guest experiences, and fosters high-energy teams. She consistently surpasses expectations, whether managing operations, implementing new revenue streams, or guiding teams through change. Tara has a wealth of knowledge with all major hotel brands, working with a diverse range of properties across different divisions, from luxury hotels, full service and select service to extended stay and economy. A dedicated Army wife and mother of a West Point cadet, Tara values discipline, leadership, and excellence. Her experiences have shaped her resilience and commitment to service. Outside of work, Tara has a passion for the arts, especially performing in mystery dinner theater productions, where she blends her love for storytelling and acting to craft immersive experiences. She embodies the values of service, dedication, and connection in every aspect of her life, both on stage and off.

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

As the Vice President of Sales, Lora demonstrates exceptional leadership and a proven track record of driving results. She has been instrumental in increasing profits and expanding the growth of internationally recognized brands, including IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Extended Stay America. Lora's career is marked by her ability to innovate and implement revenue-generating strategies that align with market trends and business objectives.Skilled in identifying new business opportunities, Lora excels in setting strategic goals and executing plans to exceed them. Her leadership empowers teams, boosts sales volume, and fosters long-term, profitable customer relationships. Beyond meeting sales targets, Lora is highly proficient in relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, all of which have contributed to her success across organizations.Outside of work, Lora is a dedicated mother to two adult children and a proud “Nanie” to three grandsons. In her free time, she cherishes moments with family and enjoys her passion for travel, exploring new destinations and creating lasting memories. Lora’s commitment to growth, connection, and joy is evident both personally and professionally.

Having transitioned early in her career to hotel sales, she has honed a sharp insight into market trends, pricing strategies, and negotiation techniques. Monica boasts a proven track record of driving revenue growth and cultivating strategic partnerships within the hotel sales sector. Her unwavering passion for delivering exceptional results fuels her eagerness to apply her experience in propelling hotels to thrive in today's fiercely competitive market. A fun fact about Monica is her deep-seated love for nature, particularly mountains, driving her to revel in camping and exploring the great outdoors during her leisure time.

MARLENE FAHRENKROG

Marlene brings years of experience in hospitality industry, holding roles such as Director of Sales and Area Sales Director with brands like Marriott, Hyatt, and independent collections. She collaborated with owners and management companies to drive revenue, profits, and market share through strategic management and relationship-building.
After transitioning to a General Manager role, Marlene spent 11 years in Operations, continuing to lead sales teams. Her blend of sales and operations expertise gives her a unique edge in negotiating contracts and identifying profitable opportunities.
Outside of work, Marlene enjoys traveling, dancing, and chasing sunsets along the California coast and Baja, Mexico with her husband, Mark, and their dog, Belle. We are excited to welcome Marlene to the TADA family.

Dana is an accomplished sales leader with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams. She has held leadership roles with top brands such as Marriott, Wyndham, and Sonesta, managing portfolios of up to 20 hotels across multiple markets.Her expertise spans hotel openings, territory planning, corporate RFPs, and brand development, with a strong focus on client relationships and strategic negotiation. Dana consistently exceeds revenue goals through data-driven decision-making and team-focused leadership.She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Communication from Michigan State University. Dana is also actively involved in industry organizations like MPI Georgia and GBTA, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and community engagement.

Jodi is known for her strategic approach, contract negotiation skills, and ability to uncover new business opportunities across diverse markets. Outside of work, Jodi finds joy in traveling, spending quality time with her family, and doting on her two beloved dogs, Winston and Teddy. Her balanced approach to life reflects her belief in hard work, meaningful connections, and the importance of enjoying the journey.

She began her career in Helena, Montana, before transitioning into sales in New York City where she discovered her passion for relationship-driven revenue generation. Twila has held leadership roles with multiple hotel brands across diverse markets, consistently exceeding sales targets and building lasting client partnerships. Her experience spans corporate, group, and leisure segments, and she’s known for turning challenges into opportunities through innovative, client-focused strategies. Her sales philosophy is simple: “I form new friendships every day.” This mindset drives her success in creating meaningful connections that go beyond the transaction. Outside of work, Twila enjoys golf, values family time, and gives back through volunteer work as a long-time member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (BPOE), staying grounded in service and community.

Her creativity, strategic thinking, and fresh perspective make her an invaluable asset to any team.  Outside of work, Ella remains actively involved in campus life and various extracurricular activities, demonstrating her leadership skills and commitment to growth. She thrives in collaborative environments and is known for her positive attitude, adaptability, and eye for detail. Ella enjoys spending quality time with friends, cheering on Texas Aggie Football, and visiting family—especially her beloved dog, Maggie. Her well-rounded approach to life reflects a strong work ethic, a creative spirit, and a genuine love for community and connection.
