Armed with a deep well of experience in hospitality sales, she offers a comprehensive background perfectly suited to meet your company's needs. Prior to her role as Founder/President of TADA Hotel Consulting Firm, Danielle amassed over 20 years in leadership positions within the industry. Notably, she excelled as both a dynamic leader and a celebrated Regional Director of Sales, garnering accolades for her outstanding achievements. Danielle's leadership prowess is evident in her adept customization of the hotel sales process, aimed at maximizing profitability for her clients. She has skillfully managed sales leaders, propelling them towards surpassing annual objectives and nurturing overall growth and development. TADA Hotel Consulting Firm serves as a testament to Danielle's genuine passion for hospitality sales. Her vision is to deliver lucrative sales experiences for her clients remotely. As the Vice President of Sales, Lora exemplifies remarkable skills and achievements as a sales professional. Her career has been highlighted by a consistent drive to deliver results, increase profits, and innovate new revenue strategies for internationally recognized brands, including IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Extended Stay America. Proficient in recognizing business opportunities, defining strategic goals, and executing tactical plans to attain them, Lora demonstrates excellence in motivating teams to enhance sales volume and establish lucrative customer relationships. Her proficiencies extend to adept relationship-building, collaboration, and negotiations. Beyond her professional endeavors,  Lora is a mom to two adult children and “Nanie” to three adorable grandsons. In her leisure time, she relishes moments spent with family and indulges her passion for travel.​

Melissa's  journey in the hospitality industry began in 1987, embarking on a path that has woven seamlessly through various roles, ultimately settling into a fulfilling career in Sales for the past 23 years. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from FIU, Melissa's  passion for this field has been unwavering. Starting humbly at the Front Desk, her trajectory led her into Sales, initially as a Sales Coordinator. Over the years, Melissa traversed through every Sales role imaginable, from Coordinator to Regional Vice President, across all major hospitality brands. Each step has deepened her love for what she does. Beyond the professional realm, her heart finds solace in travel, though lately, it's been captured by the enchanting presence of her granddaughter, Brooks Elizabeth, who fills her downtime with boundless joy at four months old.

With an extensive 30-year tenure in the hospitality industry, Monica commands a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her capacity as Global Sales Director for TADA. Having transitioned early in her career to hotel sales, she has honed a sharp insight into market trends, pricing strategies, and negotiation techniques. Monica boasts a proven track record of driving revenue growth and cultivating strategic partnerships within the hotel sales sector. Her unwavering passion for delivering exceptional results fuels her eagerness to apply her experience in propelling hotels to thrive in today's fiercely competitive market. A fun fact about Monica is her deep-seated love for nature, particularly mountains, driving her to revel in camping and exploring the great outdoors during her leisure time.

Her career is defined by a passion for enhancing client experiences and maximizing profitability. By leveraging market insights and consumer trends, Brittany conceptualized and executed tailored events that not only attracted new patrons but also strengthened relationships with existing clientele. These efforts resulted in a notable increase in sales revenue across all locations.
Brittany is driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation in the hospitality industry, continuously striving to exceed expectations and deliver sustainable results. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys traveling and going to concerts. Her newest hobby is becoming a “Plant Mom” to her 14 indoor plants. Her family and friends mean the world to her, and she is obsessed with being a “TT” to her three nephews.

Known for exceeding goals in profitability, volume, and market share, VickI is a confident and collaborative leader with exceptional skills in research, networking, and mentoring. Her career spans multiple brands, including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, where she held roles from Front Office Manager to VP of Sales.
VickI has earned numerous accolades, including Sales/Ops Team of the Year and Sales Excellence Awards, reflecting her relentless drive. In her spare time, she indulges in her love for music and photography, often attending concerts.

Her creativity, strategic thinking, and fresh perspective make her an invaluable asset to any team. When she's not working or studying, Ella loves spending time with friends, cheering on Texas Aggie Football, and visiting family, especially, her beloved dog Maggie.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our offices daily operations, Virginia ensures smooth functionaity. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she possess extensive expertise in CRM programs such as STS and Delphi. Outside of work,  Virginia finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends and cheering on  her children as they participate in various activities. ​
