Package Highlights
- Provide pick-up reports for Meeting Broker/Delphi
- Create and provide booking links to clients
- Ensure strict adherence to cut-off dates
- Create and manage group blocks
- Handle meeting room bookings
- Enter and update rooming lists in the system
- Identify profitable local-based business
- Receive and respond to all sales inquiries
- Maintain entry and tracking in TADA CRM
- Negotiate LNR accounts and produce contracts
- Respond to RFP process and third-party leads
- Conduct prospecting and lead generation (backyard business)
- Determine local demand generators and upcoming events
- Perform account maintenance and relationship management
- Attend weekly/biweekly brand revenue calls
- Create quarterly sales action plans (if requested)
- Lead monthly sales strategy conference calls with ownership/management (upon request)
- Review daily arrival, in-house, and revenue reports
- Analyze comp set hotels and identify opportunities to shift share
- Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports to ownership, corporate, and general management
- Identify revenue growth opportunities through past, current, and local market accounts
Policy: The start date will be determined based upon completion of the contract agreement; First Payment Must Be Received Prior to the Start of Services. Cancellation Policy: 30-day written notice after initial 3-month commitment.
