HOTEL SALES CONSULTING

TADA’s Sales Consulting Package provides hotels with an experienced Global Sales Director to lead, guide, and strengthen your sales team’s performance. Designed for owners and management companies seeking structure, accountability, and measurable results, this program ensures your property’s sales department operates at peak efficiency.

Your assigned Global Sales Director will:
• Provide ongoing accountability and support to your sales department.
• Host weekly conference calls with the sales and management team.
• Review daily arrivals, in-house, and revenue reports.
• Identify profitable local business opportunities.
• Attend weekly or biweekly brand revenue calls.
• Implement and monitor quarterly sales action plans.
• Negotiate LNR accounts in partnership with the on-property sales team.
• Review weekly and monthly STAR reports.
• Analyze comp set performance and identify opportunities to shift market share.
• Attend brand sales meetings and investor or bank meetings (upon request).
• Develop and implement the annual business and marketing plan.
• Review and analyze the annual budget to ensure alignment with sales goals.
• Implement front desk sales training and ensure team participation.
• Identify key national and global accounts for potential partnership.
• Provide RFP season guidance, review, and support.
• Review and assess weekly sales reports submitted by the team.
• Conduct regular sales training sessions tailored to property needs.
• Ensure the front desk team is trained on capturing company names and sales leads.
• Review account pricing strategies and room night generation.
• Conduct monthly in-person meetings with hotel management and the sales department.
• Identify opportunities for account and revenue growth through past, current, and local market accounts.

Policy: Start date determined upon contract completion.
Cancellation Policy: 30-day written notice required after an initial 3-month commitment.
