GLOBAL Sales Director
TADA Hotel Consulting Firm believes in a passion for hospitality sales. We focus on proactive sales efforts and strong relationship skills, which separates us from the rest of our competitors. Our owners trust us to increase their revenue and build both short-term and long-term business for their hotels.
We are currently looking for a self driven sales leader with an amazing personality to support and lead sales efforts at multiple properties across the US.
-Prospecting backyard business
-Negotiating local accounts
-Responding to in-house leads
-Booking group business
-Responding to RFPs
-Attending revenue calls.
-Strong organization and presentation skills
-Passionate and skilled at business development and hunting for new revenue sources
-Must maintain a strong relationship with General Manager
-Conduct weekly conference calls with TADA team(Mondays).
-Development of hotel sales & marketing action plans to maximize hotels value while maintaining brand identity and standards
-Must be proficient in general computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office products
-Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks
-Develop and maintain market awareness to ensure ability to predict revenue opportunities and set proactive strategies
-Experience with Teams and other video conferencing systems is a must. This position requires excessive screen time and phone communication as well
-Develop new business by shifting accounts from the competition, lateral development of existing accounts, and uncover new customers in the market to grow the BT segment.
-Prospect for group and meeting business
-Maintain close relationships with existing accounts to develop positive rapport and ensure repeat business
-Attend any brand required training as well as other meetings requested by the client.
-Must be knowledgeable about occupancy, average rate, and RevPAR goals, as well as understand and analyze STR reports.

- This is a Remote Independent Contract Position.
- Each Global Sales Director will be responsible for a portfolio of multi-branded hotels simultaneously from a home office.
