THE STANDARD PACKAGE

  • Identify Profitable Local Based Business
  • Receive and Respond to all Sales Inquiries
  • Entry and tracking in sales CRM (TADA CRM program) 
  • Negotiate LNR Accounts (Produce Contracts) 
  • Respond to RFP Process and Electronic Leads
  • Prospecting/Lead Generation (Backyard Business) 
  • Determine Local Demand Generators and Upcoming Events
  • Attend Weekly/Biweekly Brand Revenue Calls
  • Create Quarterly Sales Action Plans (if requested) 
  • Monthly Sales Strategy Conference Calls with owner/management team (upon request)
  • Review Daily Arrival, In House and Revenue Reports
  • Analysis, Identify and Target Companies staying at Comp Set Hotels
  • Weekly Sales Reports to Owners, Corporate and General Management
  • Identify Opportunities for Account/Revenue Growth Through Past, Current and Local Market Accounts

  • Competitor Shop Calls-Quarterly

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Fees Apply
  • 3 Day on-property market visit (visit with management, training with front desk, outside sales calls) 
  • 2 Day on-property market visit (visit with management, outside sales calls) 
  • Plus travel and meal expenses
Policy: Start date will be determined based upon completion of contract agreement. Cancellation Policy: 30 day written notice after initial 6 month commitment.
