- Determine Local Demand Generators and Upcoming Events
- Account Maintenance
- Attend Weekly/Biweekly Brand Revenue Calls
- Create Quarterly Sales Action Plans (if requested)
- Monthly Sales Strategy Conference Calls with owner/management team (upon request)
- Review Daily Arrival, In House and Revenue Reports
- Analysis, Identify and Target Companies staying at Comp Set Hotels
- Weekly Sales Reports to Owners, Corporate and General Management
- Identify Opportunities for Account/Revenue Growth Through Past, Current and Local Market Accounts
Policy: The start date will be determined based upon completion of the contract agreement; First Payment Must Be Received Prior to the Start of Services. Cancellation Policy: 30-day written notice after initial 3-month commitment.
